On Saturday, November 14, 2009, our dear friend, Natalie Hara, threw her first fashion show for her Spring/Summer 2010 line of her brand n a t a l i a r o m a n o. Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising graduate, and new and upcoming LA-based designer, she demonstrates talent way beyond her years. I had the pleasure of helping her organize the event and being backstage for the very first time at a fashion show. The show impressed everyone who attended because of the innovative and edgy style that she came up with. Inspired by African prints, the show had a great mix of patterns, colors and fabrics. Some were very colorful, others were more sober, and the fabrics ranged from mousseline to leatherette. Here are some of the shots of her beautiful collection.
